In this position you will guide the team’s development, mentor staff, champion digital innovation, and help shape the strategic direction of water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
- Lead and review mechanical design delivery for major water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
- Maintain technical and delivery excellence, upholding quality, safety, governance, and client satisfaction standards.
- Mentor and grow team members while championing digital innovation and fostering strong client and industry relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying regional and global expertise to implement best practices.
- Apply commercial and strategic acumen to balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
- Provide the ability to purchase up to six weeks of additional annual leave each year.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant tertiary engineering degree, professional registration (CPEng, RPEQ/RPEV), and proven mechanical experience in the water sector, complemented by strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.

- Demonstrate passion for leadership, mentoring, and collaborative teamwork.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
