  • Collaborate with internal team members to maximize opportunities across permanent, contract, and RPO solutions.
  • Source, screen, and qualify top talent within your specialty vertical.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle - from outreach and interview prep to placement and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with hiring managers and clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager, Senior Recruiter, or 360 Recruiter looking to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing client relationships, leading full-cycle recruitment, and driving revenue growth in your vertical. You’ll have access to premium tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and our proprietary candidate database, plus delivery and back-office support across all service lines.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Premium Recruitment Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Proprietary candidate database, and more.
  • 2+ years of agency recruitment or account management experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 Base + Commission

Location: Hybrid / In-Office (Vancouver)
