Analyse root causes of poor PM completion and recommend improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and attend RM tracking meetings.
Prepare KPI reports for internal and client submission.
Manage RM backlog and contribute to monthly resource planning.
Investigate and forecast performance for open work orders.

Comfortable with technology, you work well across different systems including CRMs, and consistently meet KPIs, productivity goals, and AHT targets.
Prior experience in a similar position, along with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Experience within Defence or Housing contracts. (Highly regarded)

You’re confident handling objections, resilient during challenging calls, and quick to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
