Supervise and coordinate subcontractor performance and remediation activities

Effectively managing projects start to finish, including acting as a liaison between clients, contractors and other project stakeholders; scope and proposal development; budgeting; project execution; technical support; review and preparation of deliverables; financial performance, and quality control
Managing time on projects effectively and efficiently
Train and mentor junior staff, including on the execution of established standard operating procedures and the review of written reports

2-5 years of project management experience in the field of Mould and Indoor Air Quality.
Proven leadership, communication, and client service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical writing/reporting
Certifications/designations such as PMP, EP, CRSP, ROH, ROHT, AScT, CET, EIT, or P.Eng.
Enjoy working with and developing relationships with various client and peer groups
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and eligible for government security clearances (e.g., PWGSC Secret Level II)
Strong understanding of relevant Ontario and federal environmental and health regulations
Familiarity with building systems: structure, envelope, HVAC etc.
