What you would be doing
deploy laptops
troubleshoot deployments
data migration
user support
security compliance
decommission devices
Prepare, image, and configure new laptops according to company standards.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot deployment issues.
Migrate user data and settings from old devices to new laptops.
Provide first-level support during and after deployment to ensure user satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company IT security policies throughout the refresh process.
Collect, inventory, and decommission old laptops following security protocols.
Document asset transfers and update the inventory management system.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with management to implement them.
Depending on workload, participate with the broader IT support team in resolving end-user issues and developing a working knowledge of our software, infrastructure, and protocols
Schedule and coordinate laptop deployments with employees and departments.

Must be able to work independently at times with limited supervision.

Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and imaging tools
College degree in any IT Discipline, or 2+ years work experience.
