What you would be doing

- Prepare, image, and configure new laptops according to company standards.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Migrate user data and settings from old devices to new laptops.
- Provide first-level support during and after deployment to ensure user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies throughout the refresh process.
- Collect, inventory, and decommission old laptops following security protocols.
- Document asset transfers and update the inventory management system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with management to implement them.
- Depending on workload, participate with the broader IT support team in resolving end-user issues and developing a working knowledge of our software, infrastructure, and protocols
- Schedule and coordinate laptop deployments with employees and departments.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be able to work independently at times with limited supervision.
- Basic knowledge of hardware setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills, be willing to take ownership of a ticket, and engage other departments if necessary to resolve.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and imaging tools
- College degree in any IT Discipline, or 2+ years work experience.
