The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function, ensuring efficient operations of the fleet.
Responsibilities include maintaining fleet records, entering data into the fleet management system, coordinating with vendors for parts ordering and payment, preparing purchase orders with proper GL codes, processing transactions through ePro, receiving, tagging, stocking and dispensing parts, reviewing purchase orders with accounting, generating productivity reports, reconciling financial data, supporting the Fleet Manager with data analysis, and assisting with parts organization.
Candidates should have related experience in maintenance or trucking, at least one year of general office experience or equivalent training, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
