Tasks

-Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing -Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned -Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community -Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community

-Ability to identify issues before they occur -Exceptional customer service skills -Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills -This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals. -Excellent time management skills -Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards -Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material. -One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry -Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. -Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
