- Staying up to date and initiating developments in management and process optimization.

- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
- Deliver positive improvements to the bottom line through the elimination of waste
- Design, Implement, Support and mentor business trainee WCM Green Belts in the delivery of CI projects and achieve certification where applicable.
- Provide World Class Manufacturing techniques to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
- Working with the other function leaders, to coordinate and facilitate process improvement and new product implementation projects.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Ensuring timely feedback on progress and constraints where applicable
- Co-ordinate and manage a central KIP database (single agenda) which will lead the business in decision making principles.
- Identify opportunities for 'Being better than today' and 'Easy to do business with', supported by sponsor engagement and charters where applicable.
- Delivery of CI projects that are typically complex in nature and involve cross function team members and stakeholders
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanour at all times, with a can-do attitude.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
