Candidate must have strong technical writing and communication skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Professional Engineering License (PE) in multi-states.
Design-build or other alternative project delivery experience.
15 years of post-education experience in water resources engineering, with at least 10 years of related experience in the Northeast.
Advanced proficiency with engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care and project work-related issues.
Master’s degree in engineering or business management.
Professional Engineering License (PE) in Massachusetts or New York.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
