Reporting to senior leadership, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in executing the sales strategy while fostering strong customer relationships and implementing sales strategies that support business growth. This role leads a team of Territory Managers and works cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact national and territory-specific sales strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable growth.
- Oversee the development and management of sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and tactical execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring evolving industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks, using dashboards and regular reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making.
- Expand market reach by proactively identifying and cultivating new markets, key clients, and strategic partnerships that support long-term organizational success.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities, optimizing sales planning, and building a robust business development pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches, promotional campaigns, and market-entry strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Analytical and curious, with strong problem-solving skills
- Sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) considered an asset
