Perform detailed Pareto analyses of downtime, rate reduction, and waste to identify critical assets for reliability improvement and optimize shutdown PMs and spare parts strategies.
Participate in corporate reliability meetings, training, webinars, and SMRP events to stay current on reliability knowledge, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with other plants to develop, network, and optimize PM/PdM programs that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and total life cycle cost while prioritizing work orders based on production loss Pareto analysis.
Lead training sessions on Maximo-integrated Maintenance Management System (MMS), 5-Why Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Troubleshooting to sustain Mechanical, Electrical, and Process FMECA/RCM programs aimed at reducing high-value production losses.
Troubleshoot and design for reliability, oversee contractors for precision installation and commissioning, and monitor equipment modifications, upgrades, and critical parts.
Analyze Prodac/Maximo interface data on production loss and maintenance cost to identify high-value targets for RCA, FMECA, and RCM efforts with the greatest return.
Provide support and training to plant Maximo users, ensuring adherence to Maximo best practices and updating numerical criticality rankings per IKO FMECA standards.
Lead corporate surveys, questionnaires, and benchmarking initiatives as part of IKO’s Reliability Assessments and continuous improvement strategy.
Standardize PM and PdM task formats to align with FMECA failure modes, emphasizing condition-based inspections and efficient resource planning in Maximo.
Champion and mature a self-sufficient Condition Monitoring program—starting with Ultrasonic Precision Lubrication and expanding to ultrasonic and vibration technologies—to reduce production losses and wear part spending.
