Tasks

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead across the North of the UK (Scotland to Birmingham) driving hire and sales growth, developing key relationships -Present innovative tech from digital load management systems to battery energy storage solutions. -Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. -Visit live construction sites to uncover opportunities and upsell smart solutions. -Grow hire and sales revenue across an expanding regional customer base. -Build long-term partnerships with buyers, project managers, and commercial teams.

What You Bring

Are you the kind of salesperson who thrives on getting out on site, building relationships, and driving growth? -Confident engaging both on-site teams and office-based decision-makers. -Experience selling or hiring kit directly to construction sites. -LEEA / IPAF certification or formal sales training. -Proven B2B sales experience within construction, equipment hire or lifting solutions. -Full UK driving licence and happy to travel across your region. -Self-motivated, energetic and commercially sharp.
