- Provide feedback to the client within agreed SLA’s.
- Submit updates to permits within legislative timescales to avoid fines.
- Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out thorough investigations into charges received by the client and reject fines in line with legislation.
