Lead the process design and implementation of AI-driven products and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee governance of all AI work at ABM, inclusive of tracking business value, ensuring completion of risk assessment, and completing appropriate documentation.
Partner with change management and training organizations to ensure the workforce is equipped to consume and leverage AI solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI integration across ABM’s operations, focusing on business value, process changes, and adoption.
Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable AI infrastructure.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep ABM at the forefront of AI innovation.
Prepare and present insights, progress updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Help with re-designing job activities to be structured to work effectively with AI.
Partner with business units to identify high-impact use cases for AI and drive adoption across the organization.
Work with our Head of Data & Architecture – who oversees development – to plan the development for any custom build solutions.

Proven ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to deployment, including managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with senior executives to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for AI technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience deploying AI solutions within a large corporate environment.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and execution of technology strategies within a corporate or consulting environment. Minimum 2 years of experience related to AI-work.
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating technology contracts.
Experience with cloud platforms, AI frameworks, and data engineering pipelines as well as experience managing change management, training development, and implementation.
Experience with managing cross-functional teams and committees.
Proven business and technology acumen and the ability to bridge between business goals and technological feasibility.
Expertise in developing partnerships with external AI providers or academic institutions.
