- Mainly supervise the Electrical and instrument installation and commissioning work on site.
- Participate to CCI activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists.
- Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report (PSSE, DA&DC), BSV, ACT implementation, request and implement the safe work permit
- Prepare the ITP related to his/her own discipline field, review and validate the method statement from contractors.
- Well manage and control the LOTO and Energization activities for the E&I part.
- Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of the company standards and procedures and Design requirement.
- Discipline capitalization for the completed projects (Before demobilization) with constructive information & experience shared for the input of next project.
- Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check and inspect witnesses, approve or reject work or part of work.
- Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report, and report to site manager, analyze and verify the quantities and productivity from contractors on the extra work if have.
- Conduct and record the regular quality inspection and checking onsite based on the approved ITPs and drawings, and report on non-compliance
- Participate to handover activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists.
- Update and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works.
- Participating in the drawing review and provide the constructive suggestion to the Design team and keep follow up.
- Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C equipment and materials to contractors.

- Minimum 10 years' work experience in E&I (experience in HV/MV/LV electrical installation and energization systems, Instrumentation wiring and Tubing, analysis and control system installation, supporting of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities) for the TCN or chemical construction.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of team spirit under site manager leadership
- Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines, also willing to work in night shift if sometime needs
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards applied on the project and required in the field for installation and testing purposes.
- HSES Leadership essentials & Act QHSE commitment, animate and coordinate HSE activities, attend the Safety meeting, safety walk, safety talk, HSE minute & toolbox talk, have the authority to notify any contractor to immediately suspend its work or part of its work if the hazard in question constitutes a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property.
- Good English for both written and spoken parts.
- Local Electrical certificate if the local regulation required.
- GDSR & EIS & PID checking
- Be well familiar with Singapore regulation for the requirements of the Electrical and Instrument part.
- Bachelor degree in E&I engineering or related courses.
