The Channel Manager for the SUPCO HVAC segment leads training, development, and product launch initiatives. This role drives product placement and market penetration through integrated programs delivered to field personnel and Independent Marketing Representatives (IMRs). Success requires close collaboration with sales, cross‑functional units, and strategic account management.
- Develop, execute, and manage product training and placement at national and strategic accounts through Regional Sales Directors and IMRs.
- Align product and account strategies using IMR insights and customer needs mapping to deepen strategic account penetration.
- Drive launch and adoption of focused products, including new product development (NPD), to generate market share gains.
- Partner with field sales and cross‑functional business units to create product selling tools.
- Adjust channel strategy and plans in response to market and competitive changes.
- Coordinate with other managers to integrate channel activities with overall corporate objectives.
- Lead a high‑visibility, high‑performing collaborative team.
