Contract Review Lawyer

Description

• Contracts review – Assist, support and participate in the review process of bespoke contracts with clients, subconsultants and other suppliers, including:
• help with the identification of risks on contractual matters;
• help and promote the contracts governance during the drafting, negotiation, execution and archiving of bespoke contracts;
• Issue Letters of Reliance and collateral warranties.
• Contractual templates Provide support and assist in keeping the Legal/Contracts templates up to date.
• Manage all updates and modifications to contract documents.
• Liaison with stakeholders and third parties.
• Issue documents via Docusign or similar online signing platforms.
• Review completed documents with team members for final execution.

Requirements

• Attention to detail, and diligence to ensure support requests are resolved satisfactorily
• Excellent timemanagement skills
• An understanding of contracts, not being overfaced by a lot of documents or attachments
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• The capability to assess priorities and work independently
• Proficiency using the internet as a resource (as required) to satisfactorily resolve questions and/or issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
• Keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
