  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with schedules, throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain construction management plans in coordination with the Project Manager to support timely project execution, delivery, and alignment with baseline plans
  • Lead utility infrastructure projects from development through construction and closeout, Lead utility infrastructure projects from development through construction and closeout, ensuring successful handover to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management teams, with routine site visits to projects
  • Review and approve construction-related documentation, including change orders, notices, and supplier contracts
  • Manage multiple concurrent construction projects, providing direct oversight of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
  • Champion ENGIE’s Health, Safety, and Environment program, owning jobsite safety and compliance in partnership with contractors
  • Monitor and report weekly on construction progress, safety performance, WBS construction activities, and regulatory compliance using KPIs tied to project plans and schedules

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to drive progress and resolve challenges
  • High attention to detail and documentation, demonstrated through daily logs, KPI tracking, reporting, and standard construction management practices
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and on schedule, and proficiency in construction management software and digital tools
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • Minimum of two (2) years of construction management experience, ideally within the utility industry
  • Physically able to walk and inspect construction sites for extended periods in varying weather conditions
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record; for the use of company, hire cars, and personal vehicles to drive to site locations
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, hands-on environment with tools and equipment as needed
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field operations, including hands-on experience with tools and equipment
  • Proven interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
  • This role requires attendance at a worksite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline; in lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or utility project management
