Experience working with government project managers to process contractor change requests, progress payments, requests for information, submittals, reports and other construction related documentation and reports.
Experience and ability to ensure construction work is completed and in compliance with construction contract documents and provide quality assurance of contractor’s work, including off-hour construction.
Ability to participate in meetings, produce or review documents and submittals and provide recommendations.
Effective communication skills with the ability to represent the interests of the Government in a professional manner and ensure quality of work while maintaining good relationships with contractor and operations staff.

Job Proficiency.
Supplemented by vocational/technical training in general construction (carpentry), plumbing, wiring, HVAC, etc., plus three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Ability to understand and read, interpret and work from blueprints, specifications and shop drawings.
