With a strong pipeline of kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to run the entire design department while working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. This hybrid position combines on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work — and offers autonomy, leadership, and impact from day one.
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential up to $10,000.
