Bachelor's degree or HNC in engineering or similar STEM fields
Extensive experience in leading and/or delivering complex solution-based opportunities.
High Voltage (HV) and (400kV–132kV) and MV (66kV-11kV) knowledge and Industrial substation experience is preferred.
Proven record of accomplishment as a manager building and developing high performance sales teams.
Sales experience selling solutions rather than product.
Proven customer and stakeholder management skills, well-developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Demonstrable experience of managing large customer relationships.
To understand at a high-level Technical Evaluation of client enquiry documentation and interpretation of their requirements and assessment of commercial terms and conditions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people-person.
Financial understanding to support commercial submissions and drive through forecast opportunities to deliver on budget.
A Proven record of accomplishment in team management and delivery of substation projects.
