As a Lennox Store Manager you will lead a team of customer‑service associates, drive financial performance, and uphold operational excellence at your store. You will work closely with the sales organization to ensure annual revenue exceeds targets while modeling exceptional customer service through day‑to‑day involvement.
The role requires overseeing daily store operations, communicating initiatives and company strategy, and maintaining a professional environment for both customers and staff. You will be accountable for inventory management, safety programs, and coordination of shipments to meet local market demands.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop inside sales and warehouse staff.
- Promote sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to dealers, contractors, and other business segments.
- Own the local market business and achieve sales, growth, and profitability goals in partnership with the Sales team.
- Maintain a customer‑ready, professionally merchandised showroom, warehouse, building, and grounds.
- Coordinate daily shipments with transportation providers.
- Prioritize and promote an ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety program.
- Manage and tailor inventory to local market needs; ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, dealers, sales, and operations partners.

Candidates must possess at least a high‑school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is preferred) and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lb and preferably expert knowledge of HVAC systems.

Benefits
The position is salaried, with a starting range of $67,200–$88,200 plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
