Tasks

-Track and analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization. -Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. -Maintain and update Aragon’s online presence, ensuring project and corporate sites are current and reflective of the brand. -Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and initiatives that drive engagement and support revenue goals. -Liaise with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are executed on schedule. -Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for residential projects, including digital, print, and experiential campaigns. -Take on expanded leadership responsibilities and provide continuity in the marketing department during the Sr. Manager’s maternity leave. -Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with Aragon’s brand standards. -Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content. -Assist in organizing and executing project launches, events, and open houses.

What You Bring

Aragon Properties is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 1-year maternity leave contract. This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of marketing experience who is looking to take the next step toward a Marketing Manager role. The successful candidate will be confident in making decisions, excel at executing projects, and eager to take on expanded responsibility. -Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. -3+ years of experience in a real estate marketing role (Marketing Manager role preferred) -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results-based improvements. -Confident decision-maker with excellent organizational and project management skills. -Willingness to travel occasionally to Vancouver Island for project visits and events (approximately once or twice every two weeks). -Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), social media platforms, and content management systems is an asset.

Benefits

Salary: $90,000 (depending on years of experience in a real estate setting) This contract role provides a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a small, dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in running the marketing function, working directly with the development and sales teams, and contributing to high-profile residential projects. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the marketing function while the Sr. Marketing & Sales Manager is on maternity leave, with training and transition to begin immediately until the leave commences, approximately February 2026.
