The EHS Manager will support the implementation and administration of ITAC’s EHS program, developing industrial assessments, policies, and plans, leading safety meetings, delivering training, and conducting incident investigations at manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication sites. This role requires effective communication, coaching, and training of all project employees, collaboration with operations to assess needs, and reporting directly to the ITAC EHS Director.

Qualified candidates must hold an OSHA 30‑Hour General Industry certification, have a minimum of seven years managing EHS programs in construction or general industry settings, and possess at least one year of supervisory experience. Advanced coursework or a degree in EHS subjects, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to project sites are also required.
Preferred credentials include OSHA 500/501 Outreach Trainer certification, forklift and overhead crane certifications, machine guarding and hazardous materials handling courses, environmental and industrial waste management training, fire prevention and suppression courses, CSP (Certified Safety Professional), and other relevant EHS management certifications.
