As a Fire Service Coordinator, your main focus will be scheduling technicians, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring that clients are receiving excellent service. You'll be the key liaison between the technicians, clients, and management, playing a vital role in keeping everything running like clockwork.

  • Manage service requests and client communication
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts
  • Support technicians with job planning and parts ordering
  • Provide a high level of customer service and problem-solving
  • Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using Simpro or Uptick
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, defects, and compliance reports
