Overview
Develop and deliver corporate financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Tasks
-Develop weekly reports based on transactional data. -Analyze profitability from multiple angles (business segment, product line, customers, region, etc.) -Prepare monthly financial reporting for corporate executives. -Lead annual budget efforts. -Maintain Net income forecast -Make detailed variance analysis of monthly results. -Contribute to the integration of financial information from multiple ERPs into a Snowflake database -Optimize and develop tools for internal financial analysis -Analyze the financial performance of production sites -Master and prepare financial reporting databases

What You Bring
-Strong capacity to gather and process large amount of data for efficient consolidated reporting -Present financial information visually -Standardized financial KPIs for operations -Resourceful and having the ability to find and implement temporary solutions, but also suggest to long term and more robust solution -Excellent written and verbal communication, both in French and English to build a meaningful narrative with data -Approachable with the ability to communicate cross-functionally within an evolving organization -Strong computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerBI and functional knowledge of ERP systems and applications (Dynamics 365 and SAP would be a plus) -Must be able to prioritize work and have the ability to work independently as well as an effective member of the overall Finance team. Demonstrated a high level of adaptability and works well under pressure. Thrive in a fast-paced environment -Minimum 3 years of accounting experience. CPA designation an asset -Take initiative and identify issues with a solutions-oriented approach, a strong ability to overcome challenges, and high-level confidence in your decision-making ability.
