Should have experience in handling medium-sized teams with project management, strategic thinking and leadership.
Should have experience in New Design Product Development, Sustaining and product testing.
Knowledge in Casting Process (GDC, PDC) and APG Molding Process.
Must Demonstrate consistent and sustainable application of problem solving and analytical skills.
Should have experience in troubleshooting in MV/HV Products.
Must be able to communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, convey goals to the team and provide progress reports to upper management.
Should have experience/knowledge in type testing of MV/HV Switchgear Products as per IEC, ANSI, IEEE Standards and testing on Fusing Products.
Knowledge in Electrical Simulation – Electric Field, Electrical Stress
Minimum 12 to 15 years related Experiences in Medium/High Voltage Switchgear Products like Reclosers, Capacitor Switch, AIS Switchgear, LBS, Switching & Fusing Products.
Ability to Communicate Technical & Design information to Stakeholders in Clear, Concise & Accurate Manner.
Knowledge in FEM Analysis.
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or Equivalent.
