3. Familiarity and/or training with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes is desirable.

2. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
3. Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
4. Proficiency and demonstrated experience with ServiceNow out-of-the-box application configuration.

1. ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) or greater desirable.
4. Familiarity, experience and/or training with ServiceNow Procurement related applications and/or development of Procurement workflow is desirable.
