The Project Manager will provide leadership and ensure all project management activities comply with Bovis health, safety and environmental policies. Responsibilities include delivering technical, commercial and operational support, managing costs, quality and site operations, and creating a supportive, collaborative environment that meets client expectations. The role requires establishing effective liaison among the design team, site team, commercial, client and supply‑chain stakeholders, and working closely with the Design Manager to guide consultants and mitigate design risk. The manager will develop the project strategy, detailed plan and schedule, driving execution from initiation to completion while actively managing risks and ensuring safety compliance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, supply‑chain partners and internal teams. Candidates must possess knowledge of current construction laws, regulations and industry standards, and have demonstrable experience delivering construction projects, managing multiple supply chains, subcontractors and consultants, and participating in bid and pre‑construction planning.
