Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally including time at a startup or fast-moving team
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and production deployment.
Excitement for AI-powered tools that solve real-world construction challenges and a customer-first mindset
Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly
Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers
