Candidates with substantial hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Deep understanding of organizational design, financial principles, supply chain operations, and corporate governance.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally based on project needs and team collaboration.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven success in civil transportation engineering and business development, especially with Caltrans and other Bay Area transportation agencies.
Ability to interpret and synthesize complex technical and business information with clarity and confidence.
Strong network within public transportation sectors and a track record of winning strategic pursuits.
