Inspect all construction activities involving structural concrete and steel components, as well as geotechnical systems (SOE, sheet piles, soldier piles, mixed walls, and foundation work).
Oversee installation and removal of temporary shoring systems and piles.
Verify proper handling and disposal of debris and hazardous materials per regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records including daily reports, change orders, and redline drawings.
Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA safety standards, project specifications, and environmental requirements.
Document daily activities, including labor, equipment, materials, and progress reports.

ICC Special Inspector (Concrete, Structural Steel) or ACI Concrete Special Inspector.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (OSHA, ACI, ASTM, IBC, AWWA).
First Aid/CPR Certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Trimble Unity Construct, and other relevant software to summarize inspection findings, analyze data, and track progress.
Ability to work independently and travel to project sites.
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction inspection, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure, structural demolition, and excavation support systems.
