The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and finalizing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting market correspondence, preparing mechanical estimates, and participating in site visits as required. You will also collaborate closely with the civil and MEP estimation teams, perform quantity takeoffs, execute cost estimations, and review market proposals during the tendering stage.

- Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Experience with Estimation software (e.g. Candy CCS)
- Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with Utility sector bids
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability to new software tools
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Estimation within the UAE
- Experience with Infrastructure bids (Airports, Railway, Hospitals, Pumping Stations, Treatment Plants)
- Proficiency in MS Office, quantity takeoff software (e.g., Planswift), and CAD
