Role

Description

Read and understand contract documents, drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, including updates.
Ensure contractors comply with contract standards and specifications through observation, measurement, testing, and track quality assurance progress.
Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment resources.
Perform site supervision and inspections as required or instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.
Document contractor personnel, equipment, observed activities, locations, reasons, and methods in assigned areas.
Report material deliveries and implement site instructions; apply quality controls and procedures.
Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed by the leader.
Monitor conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements through inspections.
Monitor health and safety of construction work and report violations.
