Possess good networking skills to build important work relationships and resourcefulness to develop a list of potential exhibitors/vendors/tenant for each location that is in line with guidelines and compliments the property's image and branding. Experience in working with exhibitors and government agencies in coordinating large-scale events within the mall to achieve revenue and footfall targets is a plus.
Comfortable working with complex numbers and worksheets, able to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and ROI; Ability to apply mathematical concepts to understand financial statements, budgets and cash flow.
