Prepare and present supporting marketing materials and presentations for clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
Serve as lead writer and editor for proposal sections including executive summaries, project narratives, management approaches, and key personnel resumes.
Facilitate internal debriefs after each submission to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including review of RFP/RFQ requirements, development of win themes, content planning, drafting, editing, and final submission
Create annotated outlines, compliance matrices, and content plans to guide technical contributors.
Maintain proposal templates, libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Analyze solicitation documents to identify key client requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with Bluebeam and SharePoint.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience developing proposals within the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, and help produce workable solutions.
Experience leveraging AI tools in a corporate environment to increase knowledge sharing and productivity
Foundational understanding of construction industry practices and procedures.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
