- Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Knowledge of construction methodology and its impact on design outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, “outside the box” mindset
- 6+ years of demonstrated senior-level design experience in temporary works, certifications and detailed design
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- CPEng qualified (or working towards accreditation)
- Ability to critically assess and review designs by others
- (Desirable) Experience preparing tenders and proposals
