- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- Proficiency in sketching, prototyping, articulating decisions, and handling feedback.
- Proficiency with Figma (design and prototyping tools).
- Proven track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Data‑visualization experience using infographics to tell stories.
- Experience with survey/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pendo, UserTesting.com, SurveyMonkey).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus).
- Experience with workflow design principles.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and visualization concepts.
- Understanding of data model concepts for business domains.
