The Product Support Specialist provides in‑depth support for technical issues escalated from Service Desk/L1 during OTA and ATR phases. The role drives these issues to resolution, fully documents outcomes and cross‑trains Service Desk staff, while collaborating with Development, Engineering, SQA and Product Management. Deep knowledge of the company's hardware and software products and superior troubleshooting skills are essential.
Required qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, proven multitasking ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be able to work independently or within a team and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, an adaptive collaborative approach, and the ability to build strong cross‑department relationships.
