The role leads LET Tunnelling & Mining and is responsible for laboratory testing, technical reporting, and providing product usage guidance to customers. It also involves supporting field test trials, maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory, and collaborating on cross‑functional projects that drive cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies. Additional duties include facilitating workshops, ensuring regulatory compliance, and occasional travel.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field, and possess knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools. Prior experience in laboratory and manufacturing environments, strong analytical problem‑solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and leadership skills are required, along with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
