Places completed and labeled orders into designated areas once fulfilled.
Communicates any discrepancies, product issues, or safety concerns with Supervisor.
Scans location and pulls product using RF Scanner to fulfill customer orders safely and effectively.
Ensures all units are organized, leveled, and tightly built for transport.
Use of proper PPE and company-approved tools while maintaining a safe work environment.
Maintains a clean work area, including sweeping and rebinding loose bundles.

10%: Working bent at waist, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, bending or twisting.
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
80%: Reaching with hands and arms, depth perception.
Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
Lift, push, or pull 75-100 lbs. with assistance.
Successfully completes Novo tugger training and operates tugger following all safety requirements.
50%: Walk, repetitive motion, operate moving equipment.
Prior experience driving industrial powered equipment.
Able to withstand exposure to seasonal weather elements and wood dust.
Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed.
100%: Stand, handle or feel, squeeze or grasp.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights.
