Assist with compiling and distributing reports on all project phases and financial performance.
Attend project meetings including pre-award, pre-construction, project progress and final close-out.
Uphold the core safety values of the company and collaborate with the EH&S Director to effectively communicate and enforce safety standards.
Support the Project Manager with developing the budget, schedule, and construction service plans for various elements of the project.
Monitor progress, tracking timelines and construction activities according to schedule.
Work closely with project management team to identify and allocate resources, including personnel and materials.
Cultivate and maintain effective relations with the Client, project team, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Perform field inspections to verify quality and accuracy of construction.
Participate in and monitor the procurement process, cost control, and change management systems.
Travel to the project site as needed to monitor project activities.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field highly preferred. Previous related work experience may substitute.
Organized, Problem-Solver with ability to multitask.
You must be a US citizen.
Two-four (2-4) years of experience with industrial/commercial building construction, materials, systems, field work or similar is required.
You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance.
A valid driver’s license required.
Proficiency with MS Office, and other Microsoft Office products.
Previous experience with federal government contracting or federal construction activities is a plus.
Must have excellent analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Salary range: $70,000-$85,000/year based on experience, plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.
