Oversee all field operations for a major ground-up healthcare project
Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance
Work closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to drive successful project delivery
Maintain clear communication with owners, design teams and internal stakeholders
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections and sequencing
Strong leadership, communication and ability to build trust with field teams and subcontractors
Proven background on large scale ground-up healthcare and medical construction projects
7 - 15 years experience as a Superintendent working for a commercial general contractor
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum base + bonus + $700 a month car allowance + 100% healthcare cover + other benefits
