Approves all project sales and potential sale margins within the region jurisdictional boundaries
Supports the Regional Operations Managers and Project Directors to review the performance of each regional site projected, actual and forecasted cost to complete. The intent of this review is to provide the Regional Manager - TFS with a clear understanding of each project in each regions forecasted profit or loss as early as possible
Works within the company guidelines and standards, supporting Purchasing with procuring, establishing and selecting material vendors to be used within the Region for each construction site
Reviews all contracts, estimates, and time and materials rates with Senior Management prior to final signatures. The intent is for the Director of Operations to be fully aware of contents, terms and conditions of all projects within the region
Will be a member of the TFS Executive Leadership Team (ELT) responsible to meet quarterly to modify TFS policy and procedures or revise the TFS business means and methods
Takes a leadership role with the rest of the TFS Management Team to provide a clear and concise position about our commitment to an Incident and Injury Free workplace
Responsibilities for care custody and control of all TFS owned tools and equipment within the Region jurisdictional boundaries
Adopts and promotes the TFS commitment to always provide a safe workplace that strives for an Incident and Injury Free environment where everyone goes home safe every day
Has profit and loss responsibility for the region and the branch offices within it
Participates in the local chapter of the MCA and NECA associations. The intent is for the Regional Manager - TFS to become familiar with and understand the collective bargaining agreement
Provides leadership for the overall operating performance of the region. The region may contain more than one branch offices
Manages and directs, with support of the Director EHS - Americas, all TFS safety documentation, regional EMR safety results and accident information within the region jurisdictional boundaries
Manages and directs all TFS owned and operated facilities within the Regional jurisdictional boundaries
Works within the company guidelines and standards in procuring and selecting all staff within the Region for each site within the TFS Mechanical and Electrical Divisions
Responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Client relationship within the Regional boundaries
Ensures company safety policies and the Site Specific Plan are proactively communicated and consistently enforced on all projects
Responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring and advising of employees and reviewing their performance annually
Identifies and appoints, on an as needed basis, staff to maintain operations of each Branch Office with approval of Senior Management
Develops, monitors and administers regional operations budget to maintain efficient and quality services
Reviews all Collective Bargaining Labor Agreements with Senior Management and the assigned Division Labor Manager prior to final signatures
