The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing team of customer‑experience professionals, overseeing daily mailbox updates, order entry, call coverage and adherence to Customer Care benchmarks. They will plan and implement key initiatives with the Director of Customer Care, resolve escalated issues, and cultivate a culture that puts customers at the heart of everything. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Logistics and Operations will be essential to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the leader will monitor service quality, maintain company standards, and train new team members.

This role is critical to enhancing customer journey strategies within a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and brings over five years of customer service or care experience, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution setting, including at least two years in a managerial role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems and Salesforce CRM is required, along with strong initiative, communication, teamwork and analytical abilities. Experience in process improvement, digitalization and omnichannel service delivery, as well as the ability to inspire teams and build strong stakeholder relationships, is essential.
This position is based at nVent’s Solon, Ohio manufacturing campus and requires on‑site presence four days per week.
