The Real Estate Project Manager will provide comprehensive project management support for large‑scale real estate and space management initiatives across the Department of State. The role supports planning, development, evaluation, and execution of major projects within the domestic real estate portfolio, coordinating stakeholders, conducting technical analyses, and offering expert guidance on real‑estate, space, and facility requirements.
- Provide end‑to‑end project management for complex real‑estate and space management initiatives.
- Develop program requirements, project scopes, schedules, and budgetary needs.
- Manage technical assessments, planning studies, and feasibility analyses for major real‑estate actions.
- Lead or support space planning, housing analysis, design evaluations, and construction reviews.
- Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with schedule, design standards, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver written documentation such as reports, technical analyses, briefing materials, and decision papers.
