Description

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously for residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Distribute packages, business mail, and magazines.
• Maintain visitor sign‑in logs and monitor security cameras and fire alarm board.
• Control access to public entries and uphold community security.
• Prepare maintenance work orders, correspondence, memos, and other documents.
• Greet all persons entering the community warmly and provide assistance.
• Provide on‑call (PRN) coverage as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong English communication with proper grammar.
• Proficient typing and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to handle multiple routine tasks following instructions.
• Pass AHCA background screening.
