Interns will develop skills across the brokerage lifecycle, including managing CRM data, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating client deliverables with Marketing, Research and Financial Analyst teams. They will also gain insight into transaction workflows by handling lease abstracts, contracts and other deal documents, and will shadow brokers to understand client engagement and event planning.
Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Urban Planning or a related field, with a strong interest in Canadian commercial real estate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, solid organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required. The Brokerage Internship for Summer 2026 offers hands‑on exposure to brokerage operations, marketing, research and client service. Interns work closely with brokers and sales professionals, assisting with daily business needs, pitches, proposals and transaction support in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
The program provides mentorship from experienced brokers and analysts, as well as practical experience with industry tools such as CRM platforms, research databases and financial models.
