Building Surveyor

You’ll cover everything from surveys, dilapidations and defect analysis to design, specification and contract administration.

• Delivering both projects and professional services.
• Representing the business with clients and at networking events.
• Producing surveys, reports, specifications and defect analysis.
• Running contract administration and supporting on multi-disciplinary schemes.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A full driving licence and confidence with IT/software.
• A RICS-accredited degree and ambition to become Chartered.
• To be personable, professional, and proactive in a client-facing role.
• Exposure to a broad range of projects — education, commercial, industrial, and more.
