• Serve as a technical authority on turbine performance issues, large corrective actions, and system-level diagnostics.
• Lead and deliver hands-on training for site technicians, sharing best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and OEMs to resolve persistent challenges and improve fleet reliability.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the performance and safety culture of a growing wind energy portfolio.
• Analyze turbine data to identify root causes of performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Support field teams with complex troubleshooting, especially involving hydraulic pitch systems.

• 7-10 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance and troubleshooting, including time as a Senior Technician.
• Proven expertise in hydraulic pitch systems and large-scale corrective actions.
• Strong background in training and mentoring field technicians.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites and provide remote support as needed.
